Landlord Kitchen Refurbishment

This Stockport rental property had a kitchen suffering from severe damp damage. The landlord needed a quick turnaround to get the property back into a lettable condition, so the work was planned and completed as a fast, single-visit refurbishment.

The existing damp-damaged kitchen was fully stripped out. Damaged plaster was hacked off back to sound surfaces and the walls were re-plastered before any new units went in, so the damp problem was dealt with rather than covered up.

A new kitchen was then fitted with white shaker-style units, black worktops and a grey metro-tile splashback, along with new sockets, tiling and a wood-effect floor — a clean, hard-wearing finish suited to a rental property.
