Former Pub — Crash Damage Repair

This Oldham property, a former pub that had already been converted into a house, was damaged when a car struck the front of the building. The impact damaged the traditional Tyrolean render across the ground floor and struck a radiator inside the living room, causing a leak.

Externally, the damaged render was hacked off back to brick and the whole ground-floor frontage was re-rendered with a like-for-like traditional Tyrolean finish to match the original appearance of the building.

Inside, the radiator leak had damaged the living room and dining room. Both rooms were refurbished with new flooring — a herringbone-effect floor in the living room — and redecoration throughout, returning the property to its previous condition.
